lol, i JUST posted about that..

i mean, up until 2003, they were with treasury, because they were resposible for tax related to tobacco and such....they've actually been bounced around quite a bit during their long history...but right now, they're with justice, and IRS is with treasury. in 2003 though, they were made part of justice, and the ITTB (Part of treasury) was created to handle duties formerly assigned to ATF.
