Lots of people get along without owning property and paying taxes on the property. Paying such taxes are not a prerequisite to living.

examples please ?
i've never met anyone who lawfully avoids taxes on real property and keeps it.
except "corporate entities" of course.

if you are talking about 'renters' ... try again.
they don't pay property tax but their landlords do ... you know, the ppl who 'own' the property.
please, link any property belonging to the public in general that is tax exempt.

churches, non-profits, and other such corporate entities don't count.

A lot of communities in my state have a system where if you lose your job, or end up geting old and can't pay the taxes on your home any longer they waive the tax and allow people to keep their homes.

so, people who don't own real property and, therefore don't pay property taxes don't count as examples of people who don't pay real estate taxes and other exempt organizations and people also don't count.

you give the examples and say they don't count?

that is, simply put, ludicrous.

People that sign into mortgage agreements are acknowledging the fact that if they dont pay what they have agreed to pay, they are going to lose the home.
yes, that is standard procedure.
doesn't make it right or just or lawful for that matter.

I'm not aware of any bank or any private seller that will enter into a mortgage agreement into a buyer that does not provide for this.
hmmm, i can agree with the bank but private sellers ??
i'd guess you don't know too many.
my first property i bought for $1 ... and the rest is confidential.

Where's the problem with this? If the buyer thinks they might not be able to pay, they probably shouldnt be taking the risk.
i agree but what does that have to do with property taxes ?
they continue to exist and fluctuate long after the 'note' has been repaid.
and in light of that and the subsequent consequence for not paying the extortion, how can anyone believe they actually own it, outright ??

have you ever watched the housing market changes for longer than a decade or so ?
maybe you should.

How on Earth would it be wrong, unjust, or unlawful to take the home for non-payment if the person buying it signed an agreement stating such a thing could happen? It may not be a "nice" thing, but unjust, unlawful, or wrong? Not in the least bit.

As far as property taxes go, its just a fact that you've got to live with. How the city/county/state chooses to handle non-payment is a whole different can of worms, and one that could be hard to argue over on here since the policies can be so different from place to place. Would I agree with the city taking a home due to non-payment of the taxes? In most cases, probably not; I would think the amount would have to be rather extreme for them to take that kind of step, maybe close to the value of the home or something like that. What I could see them doing is placing a lien on the property the home sits on, making the owner unable to sell the property unless the lien is satisfied or an agreement is worked out to pay the lien off with proceeds from the sale.

Looks like some of the people interested in the OPPT haven't even gotten answers to some of the questions they've been asking, this is on a blog from some guy that wants to write a "layman's primer" to the OPPT.

But the questions, that are so far unanswered are priceless.

Who’s going to enforce this on my behalf and protect me from being harmed? The judges are doing whatever they want anyway and what if standing up to them with these UCC filings make the judges very angry and I end up thrown in Jail or lose my home?

If the trustees reallocated all the money in the world to the people on the behalf of all the people, then where is the money (gold, silver) now and why have they not released it to the people who are in desperate need for money to survive?

What exactly is a CVAC, how do I know that its real, and how do I know that the OPPT funds are really there?

If all of this has been done on behalf of all of the people of the planet, then why is it not communicated in a way that the people can understand? What about those that don’t have the time or the ability to do hours of research or read legalese?

What if the old grandmother who doesn’t use the internet gets this information from her granddaughter whom she trusts, and then files these UCC filings and ends up flagging herself to the system, gets cut off from the system, does not have anything else to replace this assistance and can no longer get her medications. What if she dies from this? Who’s going to take responsibility?

If all of this is already done then why and how is everything still running? If we’ve taken over the system, then why are the banks still operating as usual and why haven’t we already switched the coding in the banks to implement this?

Very good questions all, answers? I'm sure there are none..

lenders expecting collateral to loan DEBT is the problem.
how are you missing that ?

weren't you the one who said ...

If I loan you money, what "collateral" must I have? None.

so, how is that any different than what the bank is doing ?
they don't OWN the property, heck, they don't even own the debt they're selling.

or are you suggesting "shark methods" are acceptable ?

if i borrow $1000 from you and don't pay you back, does that give you authority to 'steal' any of my property ?
if not, then why are ppl forced (mortgage agreement) to grant such authority to any lender ?

and, once they have paid for it ... why don't they OWN it outright ??
whenever was the government granted authority to 'claim' against real property based on future speculative payments ... ie: taxes ??

The commerce banks buy the money from the semi-private federal reserve because they pay the prime interest rate. All commerce banks must be members of the federal reserve to be in business as far as I know. They do own the currency.

And instead of using "the government" which implies federal government to most folks, you should say the township or municipality or county. Local government collects property taxes from the property owners to pay for the public infrastructure such as roads, schools, police, fire department, libraries, parks, etc. Many towns are wasteful but this is a different story.

The big waste that I see is in regard to federal taxes because we have taxation with pseudo-representation. I would have never agreed to all these capitalist orientated wars based on lies/exaggeration with my hard earned money. Or giving enormous bailouts to business and then having the nerve to call it socialism. Socialism is bailing out public enterprise but we don't live in the soviet union despite what the morons at fox channel think. They really are morons!

I'm just going to add that a right to travel has nothing to do with a car. It would be an amazing display of foresight if it did.

And you would be wrong of course...

Here are the supreme court cases affirming this right:

"The use of the highways for the purpose of travel and transportation is not a mere privilege, but a common and fundamental Right of which the public and the individual cannot be rightfully deprived." [emphasis added] Chicago Motor Coach vs. Chicago, 169 NE 22; Ligare vs. Chicago, 28 NE 934; Boon vs. Clark, 214 SSW 607; 25 Am.Jur. (1st) Highways Sect.163.

"The right of the citizen to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, either by carriage or by automobile, is not a mere privilege which a city may prohibit or permit at will, but a common law right which he has under the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." Thompson v. Smith, 154 SE 579.

Mudook v. Penn. 319 US 105
1943)
“A state may NOT impose a charge for the enjoyment of a right granted by the Federal Constitution
... No state may convert any secured liberty into a privilege and issue a license and a fee for it.”

Its time to learn and understand your constitution and the land mark cases that affirm and uphold it folks!

As I have other things I really need to do tonight and I don't feel well on top of it, I am going to leave everyone with something to think about, this is from this site which attempts to describe the OPPT's new CVAC Government.

I think the big tell is in here... But i need some more time t read it all, however this ONE statement caught my eye as being a really large indicator of how delusional Heather is..

Then we have Heather saying that there is one CVAC, at the moment and she is the temporary administrator, with the potential of just under 200 to be established.

So Heather, after foreclosing (sorry still laugh at this part) and shutting down every government, bank, and corporation in the world, has declared herself Dear Leader under the title of "Temporary Administrator", in plain English, she's claiming she rules the world and all in it.. Kinda sorta gotta wonder....

I chimed in a few pages back. Nothing of note really. Just as an observer.

I mentioned that I'm not convinced either way on (these) issues. However, I must confess that I actually lean more towards the ideals behind The People's Trust, not necessarily TPT itself, for reasons some have mentioned here and more.

I'd like to ask, because it was mentioned also a few pages back ( "capitis deminutio"), why does all caps or no caps or some caps mean nothing, as is being argued here by the skeptics of these ideals?

Why for instance, does my full name appear in all caps on official documents and not as I was taught to write it with only the first letter of each name being capitalized?

I'm well aware of why TPT and like minded individuals think it appears as such.

I wanna know what the skeptics think.

Please, I'm simply asking a question. I make no assertions either way....

You are correct in your assertion. It takes 'brutal dictators' like castro, stalin, mao, kim, etc with plenty of supporters and a just cause to fight the central bank parasites and their big business lap dogs. Not saying I like communism, in fact I hate it, but it puts things in perspective how hard it is to fight oppression, and then the cia propaganda machine working overtime to demonise the revolution.

Another french or russian revolution is what america and the world needs.

The answer is rather mundane - because electronic scanning devices have an easier time reading the all caps than the mixed case.

What I have a problem with is the path that they promote and encourage people to take to get there
sorry, there's no logic in that statement whatsoever.
all commercial entities use the UCC, it's the universal code, after all.

why should any particular group of ppl not use it ?
people are people, aren't they ?
we didn't create or authorize the 'bond' issued upon our birth.
the State/Feds did ... they created the contract minus our consent ... so, why shouldn't we use it to OUR advantage ??

i'm not a fan of ppl losing their freedom either but ppl have to be responsible for their own actions, don't they ?

in order to 'change laws', there must be cooperation ... when you find some of that, let me know ok ??

How would towns and cities pay for police, fire, ems, road repair, etc if they don't collect some sort of tax?

The property tax is not neccessary to pay for those items.

I was going to say that property taxes began by collectivists in the late 19th century, I think many people here have heard that.

Actually, there have always been property taxes, we never completely left the feudal stage.

eh.net...

State and local governments have developed other revenue sources since 1900. The bottom of the link shows a table with the percentages of state and local government income supplied by property taxes.

In 1900 property tax was 45% of the state and 78% of the local income
Now (1999) property tax is 2% of the state and 45% of the local income

But when I receive a speeding ticket, as an example, it does not get scanned, as far as I'm aware. The officer hand writes my name In all caps. Why would he do this?
