IDs of dead children used for at least 10 years? Fake passports made, driving licences etc etc all in the names of dead children. It's come out that over 80 dead baby's IDs were used and it was common practice for over a decade. The piece also goes on to say that these infiltraters only used the IDs to get in amongst enviromentalists - and we are meant to believe that these IDs were only used to find a few tree huggers....
