I saw a SUV type vehicle with police lights on it. ARC written on it. What is ARC?

All i could read on it was ARC. I can't find out because I don't know what words to use to search.

I just searched things like "cop car ARC"

Is it this?Link Accident ReConstruction??? ARC?

Any help?

Probably a private security firm or something like that.

it is either an American Red Cross vehicle

or a unit which consists of bike patrol officers and water patrol officers. although these specialized units are only called out for certain situations

Do you recall if it had a snorkel on it? The breathing device for the air intake that allows the engine to become submerged in water?

I live in NC and today I saw a Ford SUV that I've never seen before. It was bigger than an expedition, much bigger. I figured it was a rescue vehicle of some type. That or a civilian tank. I've never seen one before today and I can't find a picture on the internet of it. Nothing even close. It was bigger than a humvee made into a limousine.

I do not recall. It seemed to have more lights and gadgets on the outside of it than regular cops do.

I was on the exit ramp when the vehicle wizzed passed me, so i only got a quick look.
