Hey I have an idea...Let's give up our guns.
Its not like the government would consider murdering all of us...Oh wait...
Now I have all the proof I need for people who believe that government getting so far out of control that they would assassinate Americans protesting is a stupid reason to own guns...because it could never happen here right?
maybe you didn't get the memo, but anything undemocratic is terrorism. Anything anti-capitalism is terrorism.
when they openly denounced capitalism and democracy. They might as well be on the Taliban's payroll.
During the 11 October 2011 intelligence meeting, writer advised EM of the occupy venues and further advised they may provide an outlet for a lone offender exploiting the movement for reasons associated with general government dissatisfaction.
This identified the exploitation of the Occupy Movement by *huge blank*
interested in developing a long--term plan to kill local Occupy leaders
via sniper fire.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
COINTELPRO was a program of subversion carried out not by a couple of petty crooks but by the national political police, the FBI, under four administrations... by the time it got through, I won't run through the whole story, it was aimed at the entire new left, at the women's movement, at the whole black movement, it was extremely broad. Its actions went as far as political assassination.
The FBI also conspired with the police departments of many U.S. cities (San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oakland, Philadelphia, Chicago) to encourage repeated raids on Black Panther homes—often with little or no evidence of violations of federal, state, or local laws—which resulted directly in the police killing of many members of the Black Panther Party, most notably Chicago Black Panther Party Chairman Fred Hampton on December 4, 1969.
The FBI, responding to the release of the documents regarding Occupy, said it recognizes the rights of individuals and groups to engage in constitutionally protected activity but must take precautions to deal with any potential threats of violence.
"While the F.B.I. is obligated to thoroughly investigate any serious allegations involving threats of violence, we do not open investigations based solely on First Amendment activity," FBI spokesman Paul Bresson said in a statement to CNN. "In fact, the Department of Justice and the F.B.I.'s own internal guidelines on domestic operations strictly forbid that."
The Partnership for Civil Justice Fund said it believes the FBI is withholding more information regarding its surveillance of the Occupy movement, and will be filing an appeal demanding full disclosure of its operations, according to Verheyden-Hilliard.
An identified [redacted] of October planned to engage in sniper attacks against protestors in Houston, Texas, if deemed necessary. An identified [redacted] had received intelligence that indicated the protesters in New York and Seattle planned similar protests in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin, Texas. [Redacted] planned to gather intelligence against the leaders of the protest groups and obtain photographs then formulate a plan to kill the leadership via suppressed sniper rifles. (Page 61)
For What... What are we going to Wait For...
You Had your Guns when they Killed Kennedy, and What did you do?
You had your Guns when they Lied about and Invaded Iraq , and What did you do?
You had your Guns when they said they could Detain and Arrest Americans with no Due Process, and What did you do?
NOTHING , Your Guns are going to do Nothing , because you and your Gun Croonies are going to do Nothing.
So Stop with the Tyrannical Gov B,S,
when they openly denounced capitalism and democracy
Power to people without democracy is anarchy.
Yes! it is domestic terrorism, at least in my books. disrupting the financial system could harm a lot of people. A large number don't have enough groceries to last a few days, forget a few months If you want to change the system, you have to work from within it. It will be attacked politically and through the media for sure but it can be done.
and these are the people who want our guns to keep us safer?
