Perhaps Jay Carney could explain that to the dead American diplomat?
Is Jay Carney really that stupid or does he just think that everyone else is?

Protests are normal. Violence is not. Storming embassies are only the weakness of the guards involved, and NOT EVERY embassy in the arab world was stormed.
Killing too is not normal, nor does it means an act of war by the host nation. Let the RULE OF LAW takes place - investigations, before judgement is made. It happened in one embassy, but does not necessarily mean every embassy will see murder happening.
