Explosion in Turkey shuts down pipeline carrying oil from Iraq

According to this news, there was an explosion in an oil pipeline, forced it to close it. Its the perfect opportunity to close the rest of oil shipment from ME if you ask me. Maybe Iran will now fulfill its promise to shut the straight of Hormuz once and for all. This will cause pure chaos in the markets, making crude oil price spike. Or maybe I'm just basket case.
