I'm guessing you're religious, and you're obviously homophobic too. We seem to have an influx of right-wing Christian fanatics on here today, so if I'm wrong about your religious convictions I apologize in advance - although I think I'm spot on.

I work in the adult industries, and what you describe does not sound pornographic at all, it sounds like independent cinema, something you would be aware of if you stepped out of your ridiculous Hollywood big-budget Americanized bubble for even a few hours and sat through something with true artistic merit.

Guess what, not every film has a pathetically weak action script. Not every film involves America saving the world from brown and bearded terrorists. Not every movie is in English *SHOCK!*

I would suggest you either grow up, or decide on a different course to take.

I hate it when someone who has a different opinion is labeled and put in a box. I'm not religious, and I don't agree with the gay lifestyle being thrust upon people who pay good money for their education, how do you know the op is religious.

No big deal if it was an art class. Artsy people tend to be on the fringes. It would have been a different story if the films were being shown in organic chemistry or calculus. Then again, anything would have made my college math courses more interesting including weird films.

What on Earth major/minor would this even support?

Anyway, edu-nomics at work. The homosexual thing is besides the point. You might want to reconsider what you are paying money for and what kind of a return you are going to make on it. If people are willing to pay money to learn any crazy thing, there will those willing to teach it for a fee.

Now back to the homo vs hetro subplot. Spoiler alert: In the end it, is such an insignificant aspect of the human condition, it has no bearing on our collective future.

I would hope that experienced film theory lecturers would base their lessons on something more original, or obscure, then spend every lesson talking about the merits or direction of Rambo, Rocky IV etc
