Presidential term limits was passed by congress in 1947 ratified by the states in 1951 and other president's sought to break "tradition" set by Washington.

Due to FDR had Roosevelt followed with tradition term limits would still be voluntary.

It is said that those who do not learn from history are destined to repeat it, well people better get their history books out and start reading about the rise of dictators throughout history. The sad thing is that Obama was totally honest about his intentions when he was on the campaign trail. He repeatedly stated that he wanted to fundamentally transform America. By definition of the word "fundamentally" that would mean he wants to change America down to our fundamental principles.

The US Constitution is the fundamental document that makes our nation what it is.

What Obama is doing should come as no surprise to anyone since he basically ran on the platform of destroying our fundamental principles.
