Mentally Challenged Man Tased At Point Blank Range

The idiot saying he hopes he gets tazed and is cheering once he is is a despicable human being. That said, theres no need to know what happened before this happened. The man is CLEARLY not a threat to a single soul. He doesnt budge an inch. He makes NO sudden movement. This cop is a despicable human being too.

I cant believe the woman defending the cop and telling them to mind their own business, especially since she isnt minding HER own business. She obviously stood there and watched the whole thing go down as well. People with her mentality severely disappoint me. She was trying to make all these excuses as to why it was okay for him to be tazed but not one of them included the cop being on any kind of danger, no matter how minimal.

Police officers are employees of an administrative agency, and have no constitutional mandate. The Sheriff's are the ones with constitutional mandates, which of course does not preclude corruption amongst Sheriff's, but one is far more likely to find a Deputy Sheriff who actually knows the law and understands the oath of office they took, than any employee of an administrative agency.

However, have you noticed how so many cities, towns, and hamlets have endeavored to create their own police departments and minimize the authority of the Sheriff's? This minimization can only work with the People's willing acquiescence.

The thin blue line that exists for all police officers suggests that there are good cops who've joined the force to sincerely uphold the law, and that there are bad cops who giddily ignore their oath of office in order to bully others. As more and more people break free of the shackles of ignorance of the law and come to understand they are the holders of the inherent political power and can use this power to utterly destroy a criminal thug, more and more bad cops will find themselves turning to "mentally challenged" people to bully.

It will only be when we as individuals are willing to file verified complaints against the thuggery used by bad cops, demanding these thugs be prosecuted and convicted for their crimes, ensuring they spend a good deal of time in prison that both the "mentally competent" and the "mentally challenged" will be able to breathe a bit easier. Until this time...

in my country compasion is favoured over physical force,
without a direct threat to saftey for an officer,
no taser is used.

this is exactly the oposite of what we were told they would be used for,
makes me wounder about drones
