Very Depressing Hop this isn't true, i raelly do hope it isn't Think about the family.

it's probally true....I doubt the kidnappers would let the guy go.....
wonder if they've really kidnapped 7 British soldiers?

Not a chance about the soldiers, the squaddies would fight, just like those six MP's against that crowd..

This is terrible news if it's true. The Muslim delegates from the UK didn't have any luck in pleading for his release. It was good faith in their efforts though. My sympathy goes to families that has been affected this week by this group of monsters! Bastards!

we don't even know that this is the case, not just a presumptuous statement similar to that which has made on posts to this thread prior to mine..

until official confirmation is received, we should not discount that he is still alive as he is the only bargaining tool they have under any circumstances...

Thats different you plum..on the one hand you had 6 MP's UNDER ATTACK by an armed crowd of Iraqis in a warzone, and in that example, you had 4 squaddies in Iranian waters who where escorted and arrested (we're not at war with Iran are we?). Thye didnt fire back as they where not under physical threat and did not want to start a shooting war with Iran.

My hope is peace will come to him and his family.It is time these people who carry out these crimes against fellow man whatever the religion get to see the gates of hell and a whole lot of whoop arse is released on them before hand.And that go`s for any supporters of there actions.

Well, seeing that they followed thru with all the others, you cant blame us for believing it.

The fact that theres no news about this is kinda odd though, dont you think? I read one article early this morning which said the claim was being dismissed because the site had been "discredited." Then another said
the site was the same one which posted the other two US hostages
legitimate murder. Confusing!

Maybe the group (terrorists) are playing a sadistic little game. You know, to keep everyone in a state of worry. Or maybe the British govt knows whats going on and doesn't want to deal w/ public outcry. It's unusual we haven't heard anything about Mr. Bigley since Wednesday.

I hope its not true, my daughter prayed for him last night. You know when kids pray? The ask God to look after Mum, Dad, Grandma etc. Well last night she did all that and then she said " and god look after the old man in the desert " when i asked her who she meant she said it was the man on the T.V. where the Soldiers are in the desert.
Its turned in to a bloody mess hasnt it?

What is the reference Islamic website ? There was another discussion going on that Google is censoring its engine in China. I wonder why no website comes up with a google search. I'm thinking the american censorship program is kicking in.

I hope the news is not true, but am sad to say that I believe that if he's not already dead, then he doesn't have long to go. Isn't it about time we actually woke up & realized that these extremists DON'T put the same values on a human life as we do in Western Society, thou? I mean, isn't that why they keep kidnapping us & killing us.......hoping that at least a few countries will turn "yellow" & cave in to their demands?

Personally, I think anyone who goes over to Iraq at this stage has rocks in their heads.......its truly turning into a suicide mission. But then again, someone has to help these people........ Such a terrible position to be in......
