I'm still waiting for more "official" sources but if this is true then the video with Benjamin Fulford and the "head of martial arts" makes some sense. I did some reading about Putin and he actually is very into the martial arts world. Now I might be connecting two extremely arbitrary things. I did find it interesting though. I'm curious what this could mean.
