Check NDAA2012.It enables murder, torture and detention of americans without warrant. So like how am i supposed to trust american propaganda if your nation has such draconian laws.

I wonder what that would be... giving high tech weapons to Syria/Iran? Arming Hezbollah?

I certainly "HOPE" that the russians are smart enough, to do what they threaten to do. And I certainly hope the chinese are smart enough to see it too.

The United States, needs to be tought a lesson. Along with it's allies ... because unless they do, they will not stop their bloodshed. The United States, needs to have their soldiers returned in a coffin ... so they learn the lesson, of dealing with losses. The very same losses, they dictate on other nations.

I believe Leonid Ivanoshov will be part of the presidential bid on behalf of KPRF. KPRF under zyganov /ivanoshov or united russia under putin/medvedvev are to win elections in russia.

Anyone who thinks Russia will let Syria fall is not thinking right. Russia makes a lot of money from Syria. Syria also gave them a pretty new Navy base to park their ships in, to be a thorn in Americas backside once again.

The bible says that Russia will be drawn into this war. Seems pretty obvious what is going to happen. The question is, what will cause Turkey to let divisions of Russia troops roll or be air lifted across its country. Its possible that Russia could ship them to Syria but do they still have that capability and why would anyone let them make it there?

I do know that if the Russians cut off our supply route into A-stan, the U.S. will be forced to leave or invade Iran to make a new one

I think then the smart play would be to pull out of A-stan, stating we got OBL and that's what we wanted. Send massive amounts of troops to Israel, Turkey. Use our Navy to blockade Syria and if Iran flinches send a division or two into Iraq from Kuwait and cut them off at the Syrian-Iraq Border.

Knowing Obama and the rest, they will just piss off Russia and let all hell break lose.

and then would you love your family to die by nukes and chimera type viruses.have you seen smallpox or ebola or plague? Russians have merged characteristics of several diseases and developed ultra powerful superweapons.

Here's a photo of normal smallpox :

Here's a photo of ebola :
t1.gstatic.com...:ANd9GcSSpq12OS1Oo-oKYSu0TZZZK5hSWEgm3m0cMNFY0ZzKmdoveTju

Russia has combined these two and created ebolapox ,the first chimera weapon in the world.Would you like your family members to be effected by something like this?

Be careful what you wish for.. your bible won't save you from such weapons

Most the old socialist regimes in the Middle East (e.g. Egypt, Libya) have now fallen and Syria is next. This is inevitable so mark my words. Then Russia will fall as the people are starting to stir now and this threatens Putin. Putin will be gone within 12 months and the New World Order will then begin to arise...

I don't want war. I want deterrent! If Obama does not deter Russia from getting involved then the whole world will suffer. Regan had no problem putting Russia and the whole Soviet Union in their place so why is Obama letting this get out of control?

This is all caused by Germany and their Muslim Brotherhood! See my thread on it if you don't believe it.

I think the US and Israel are underestimating the situation here

Do they really think that Russia and China ..Iran included
dont know that this revolution was planned from the start
to end just like this inside Syria to aim at Iran

They probably knew this time the WMD reason
would not be swallowed by many this time

this WW3 was planned to happen shortly before the 21 december
someone wants for themself what will come on that famous date

Think deep people .. you know these are now coincidence
but Russia here have all the rights to suspect something
and if the US is involved in somehow in this .. it will be declared an act of war
US needs to be very VERY carefull with their next move

I wonder how the people in the US would feel if a foreign Country gave weapons to the OWS.

Judging by the responses here , it would be alright!!!

Reagan used economic means and covert subversion not military. Syria has a russian base remember.Russia can easily put USA in place and yet survive thanks to its massive civil defence network.

great example!!!!

IF the US is such a freedom loving country - start with NORTH KOREA....but oh noes, there are not enough resources to grab....

OR SOMALIA....oh noes, these african people are too strong and too many...another country....

how about IRAN....a lot of oil, based near all the occupied countrys (-> already weapons and stuff ready)...seems a good deal for a FREEDOM and DEMOCRACY based military operation

the preperations for syria seem to fail but with armed rebells its a self-running thing...can turn out ugly for the US because they have no controll anymore

I may have missed it with all of the going back and forth on this thread... cute but,
why hasn't anyone mentioned the flat out hypocrisy of the Russians, who are also
supplying Syria with arms and munitions?!

The west will not let years of skullduggery in Syria go to waste.....
The situation will definately play out, but i wonder what this Syrian Civil war, is masking ???
I think that the scenes of other covert and overt situations are being shifted unnoticed because of the focus on Syria....
Perhaps the west is using the strife as a cover to mask the extremely large buildup it would take to prepare to attack Iran?

have you noticed the utter hypocrisy of USA arming Al qaeda in Libya and Syria and supporting the bahraini and saudi govts in genocide against their citizens.

So even you admit, that if a country is murdering it´s own citizens, a revolt would be proper. So why aren´t you revolting?

The U.S kills more of it´s own citizens each year than any other country on earth. And not just from lethal injection either, just don´t forget to add all the soldiers that are killed by the non-stop double war foreign policy

edit on 10-2-2012 by NeoVain because: (no reason given)

No sir, that would be China and Saudi Arabia.

In the meantime, more innocent citizens are being killed in Syria. Russia and China should just pissed off man really.................

Um, yeah? Of course I'm aware of the many hypocrisies the permeate the global stage, but in a DISCUSSION the 'Blame Game' and 'Omission Game'... doesn't really do much in the way of understanding now does it? I was merely adding some ballast to the conversation. Relax.

This is precisely what we should have did in Iraq instead of spending the money we did to try and help them rebuild. There was no reason to destroy their infrastructure to the extent we did especially if we have to pay to get it back up.

Well actually there was and is a strategically *great* reason for destroying as much infrastructure as reasonably was allowed, that is the nature of Empire's wars to bring 'outliers' into the fold, the war profiteers have to get their due, these wars are not just about undermining any challengers to the Israel/U.S./U.K interests in the area they are also designed to funnel as much money to key players as is possible.

They could've kept Mecca, that is not in our interest whatsoever and frankly it was the people traveling there that was their main source of income. All we should have kept were the sand dunes with oil reserves buried under it.

See, I understand what you're saying, but the thing is, will you admit that Amerika is an imperialist and aggressive nation? I can 'appreciate" (read: comprehend) why the elite of the U.S. are constantly at war. My big problem is with my fellow citizens who are so easily manipulated and spew contradictions without even realizing. They claim to be freedom lovers, but at the same time support overtly imperialistic foreign policy. So, if you're an imperialist, fine. But at least have the balls to admit it.

Also, you're question as to why we destroy infrastructure and engage in drawn out wars... Are you seriously that dim? The companies in the shadows pushing for war are the same companies that get U.S. tax dollars in no-bid contracts to rebuild...
