So they can buy one house back? That will fix everything. Let's just keep pretending that banks and corporations aren't pooping all over ordinary americans. Keep blaming the victims. Our economy is proof that such a system works.

So your thinking is why do anything unless if fixes everything 100%??? In another thread someone posted about some good paying jobs being available...your response was that it doesn't solve the unemployment problem so it wasn't worth praise

I guess all charities should just shut down, because they can never help EVERYONE.

I'm not blaming the "victims" at all...I am pointing out the hypocrisy of OWS. They have the means to help some of the people they claim they are protesting in the name of...but they won't...because that is THEIR money now.

But you know what...OWS isn't helping anyone really...so what's the point of it. By your "logic"...it isn't going to solve the entire problem, so it is worthless....right?

No, let the OWS people run the charities they would be able to help everyone except the homeless people (look in NY at that little incident)

oh btw.... $5.81 stock went up... GG OWS

They don't want to fix things, they want to complain and take up space. Lets examine history
civil rights movement- wanted civil rights
Anti-war demonstrations- wanted to end the war in nam
Occupy Wall Street- wants to occupy a space...

I think you need to go back and re-read my orignal response in that thread because I did praise it. You're being a bit silly to say anything about my thinking, you can only assume you know what I'm thinking. I THINK protesting the BS the banks, corporations and government are dumping on us is a step toward fixing things. My statement is accurate. Does buying back one illegally foreclosed home fix the whole problem? No it doesn't.

I guess all charities should just shut down, because they can never help EVERYONE.

Seriously? I haven't come remotely close to saying such.

It's hypocritical to expose and stand up to the illegal practices of mortgage lenders? I suppose the lawyers donating their time and expertise are hypocrites as well? With total donations nationwide, I suppose Occupiers could buy back maybe 10 homes and then be completely unable to go any further with the movement.

But you know what...OWS isn't helping anyone really...so what's the point of it.

I think you need to do a bit more research to determine the accuracy of your statement.

OWS fed more homeless than the local soup kitchens, same can be said of several other Occupy sites across the country.

I think what you meant to say was:
Occupy- Wants economic equality and an end to the corruption that led to economic INequality.

LOL

Occupy Wall Street volunteer kitchen staff is tired of having to feed "professional homeless" people and others posing as protesters so they can eat for free at Zuccotti Park. To "show they mean business," the Post says, OWS cooks shut down for two hours on Thursday. Then for three days starting Friday, the cooks will only offer brown rice and other basics instead of their tasty typical fare (organic chicken, roasted beets, sheep-milk-cheese salad). Protest organizers maintain that the slowdown is merely intended to free up time for kitchen workers to expand their operation. But a security worker tells the Post the cooks are feeling "overworked and under appreciated," and plan to redirect vagrants to nearby soup kitchens.

You haven't figured out yet that Rupert Murdoch has a personal agenda against OWS yet? Murdoch owns the NY Post which is the source of the blog you linked.

You can repeat that over and over how everyone is biased but that does not make thier stories less true. OWS has had NO problem using footage and stories from MSM to back up their claims of corporate corruption and they have no issue in using their stories about "violence" against protesters. Basically the news is fine as long as it is in favor of OWS.

What exactly are you talking about? Occupy uses MSM footage? Rarely. Almost all of the footage of police brutality was caught by fellow protesters.

No I will not use quotes to describe an actuality. Please look up how many officers and how many police departments are currently suspended or are under fire for the extreme cases that we have seen via citizen journalists.

I see an MSM outlet using protesters recordings there. Not the other way around.
