I've realized a lot of people on this website are sad, hateful rednecks with inferiority complexes. It's threads like this that really drive that point home. When was Laura Bush's appearance ragged on like Michelle's has been? It wasn't - she's a first lady no one's supposed to care what she looks like.

A lot of you - and especially the guy bragging about the size of his balls and how she looks like the predator... - need to seek professional help. Really? Is this how you're going to prove that you're right? By making complete fools of yourselves at every opportunity and shouting "COMMUNIST" every chance you get, even when it doesn't make any sense?

Obama has not been a GREAT president but when his opponents make such complete and utter fools of themselves, we end up supporting him more. That's something Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman can tell you all about. Get ready for 4 more years of Obama by default...

Ok when all is said and done, and the vets have been helped by the altruistic people person matriarch of congress.... lets count how many vets thank her and the whole show. My guess is yes, there will be a HANDFUL of people helped out greatly, given cars and wheelchairs and Oprah books and swimming pools. But then lets see just how many vets are still left in the cold.

This is embarrassing and is part of the reason why I want to transition to either an entirely ceremonial president or become a Commonwealth Ream with an American Governor General representing the Queen replacing the president as the head of state. If we must have a presidential family that acts like a royal family then I want the Windsors instead. They are cheaper than the Obama's too.

On one hand it seems ridiculous. On the other hand maybe they thought it would be a good way to reach more people. Most people don't tune in to political talk or the news. They switch the radio station when the president is speaking. What do people watch? Reality TV! So then to reach more viewers it would make sense (and believe me, I can see how this would head toward "Idiocracy") that they would appear on popular reality TV shows. The only thing in defense of appearing on this show is that it's for charity, and would make the President and First Lady look like they strive to be part of the community, helping the poor.

You gunna sit there and tell me she doesnt look like she should have a mounted laser on her shoulder with 24 inch blades attatched to her wrists?
If I had to face her in combat, id probably have to cover myself in mud so she couldnt see me with her reptilian eyes.

If you think for one second that she is doing this because its "part of her nature", than you need more help than I do.

Thats the thing...Reality shows generally aren't real, and sometimes the people on the shows aren't real either. I don't really like the idea of our first lady on trash TV. Just makes her look more fake.

IMO they both grew up with an deep; festering, embroiled hatred of this country and the people who compile it, now like carpetbaggars of the south are doing their best to loot the rightful owners of what they have worked so hard for and divide it among their criminal friends as easily obtained loot.

I think so little of her and her ilk, a cheap reality show will do nothing to tarnish their soiled image further.
