Hello ATS!

Long time listener,first time caller. As a matter of fact I first came across this site was during the Serpo debacle, what a load.:: I have literally read thousands of posts here and find it quite entertaining and informational. Hopefully I can contribute to this outstanding community.

I come from the Land of Lincoln, where four of our last eight Governors have landed in the pen. I guess that says quite a bit about the gullibility of the States voters. Or... the unofficial Chicago mantra " vote early and vote often" is alive and well. Well maybe not alive or well.

Well I'm off to dazzle or confuse other forums with my knowledge and wit. Or agonize over what to put into my signature. The latter being the most likely.

Welcome to the board. Enjoy ATS while you can. Apparently a comet is arriving soon to eliminate us all. Other than that have a good time.

Thanks for the rousing welcome Cluckerspud. As far as the comet goes, I welcome it. Being from Chicago the last time the Cubs won the World Series was 1908. You know what else happened that year? That's right, Tunguska. So I say bring it!
