I guess you are referring to mt. warning on australia's most easterly area. the sun hits that mount (4000ft.) before anywhere else. i live on the rim of its large caldera. (about 60 miles across)

Phew...beautiful part of this universe, fertile and very mysterious , it was shaped as you know by Volcanic activity as far as Mount Tamborine, there are many strange magnetic occurences around Nimbin ect as well.
They say the mushrooms contain the basic compound of lava ?
