Sadly Elenin did not disintegrate a thread, on ATS cliamed that those were jus rumors it seems.

Yes, its post-disintegration magnitude is less than magnitude 10, and it is following the magnitude curve expected for a disintegrating comet perfectly.

The grey line shows the originally expected light curve had the comet remained intact, the red line shows the current expected light curve for a disintegrating comet.

An unfortunate misconception. Disintegration simply means the nucleus has fallen apart, but the remnants do continue to move along the original orbit, they're simply gradually dispersing along that orbit. The comet will diffuse and fade as that happens, but it is a gradual process. Nonetheless, Elenin will be much, much dimmer than originally anticipated, as the graph shows.
