Amateur video of Nato air strike on Libyan rebels

I'm not sure of the exact date this video was taken it seems there has been several friendly fire incidents in recent weeks.This could be one of many but being a JDAM hit I would guess Nato was targeting tanks.
Nato's Harding says it's not up to them to improve communications with the rebels.

Quote I am not apologising. The situation in the area is still very fluid, with tanks and other vehicles moving in different directions making it very difficult to see who is operating them. In addition, up to this time we had not seen the TNC [rebel] operating tanks.

Meanwhile rebels have painted the roofs of their vehicles bright pink to avoid more friendly fire after the Nato air strike which they say killed five fighters.
