Looks like ballons to me.
But you would think that the news wouldn't be showing balloons.

Agree, looks like balloons. Though I've seen balloons high up in the sky and didn't pay them a second thought as what I saw was obviously balloons. These bystanders, in the footage, seem too curious....

I didn't know "balloons" could float that high let alone be seen at that height from the ground. It appears the "balloons" are hanging out with each other.

I'm keeping any eye on that reporters balloons. Will let you know when I find something!

You'd think with all the gawkers on the streetcorner, there'd be more footage.

I'm gonna have to say it's balloons. I've got boobs.....err.....balloons on my mind.
