Don't be surprised if an aircraft has a fuel cowling fall off during takeoff (right wing), no collateral damage though, just injuries, the tail fin hits the ground during the ascent.

Also keep an eye out for a tailfin failure at the connection to the rear fuselage upper surface, maybe an A380 linchpin.

Hope it doesn't happen.
