Three dozen top Israeli rabbis threw their support Tuesday behind a religious ruling barring Jews from selling or renting homes to non-Jews - an indication of growing radicalism within the rabbinical community at a time of mounting friction between Israeli Arabs and Jews.
The action by the clerics - chief rabbis in some of Israel's largest cities and influential among the devout - fueled charges of racism.

We really need to work our differences out and co-exist as the HUMAN race, not one race being 'priveleged' over another, or in turn being despised.

Considering the daily torment the Jewish people (The legal land owners) have to endure from the Terrorist Hamas/Iran backed Palestinians it's a totally justified fair call. Great to see the Israeli's standing up to their terrorist enemies!. Sure people from other religious groups will be caught up too but in this day & age of Political correctness they can't just name their enemy. Completely different! No comparison! nazi germany were not threatened with being wiped off the face of the map, were not threatened daily by Islamic militants with their Iranian/Syrian supplied weapons & illegal settlers on land they are legally entitled too!. Extremely poor comparison! The Israeli's are only reacting to the rubbish that the terrorist Palestinians throw at them everyday!

And this is why the new proposed laws are apt & justified!

Oh please save your violins for someone who cares. Britain has faced more and suffered more from terrorists that Israel ever had. You dont see the british doing to the irish people what israel is doing to the palistinians.

The Thread is not about the UK. But anyway as stated the news laws are great & designed to give the legal land owners (The Israelis) peace of mind. They are fighting a war against a terrible extremist enemy and are justified in what they are doing to protect themselves & their culture. Great Laws.Well done for having the backbone to implement them!

How bout palestinians arent marched through the streets of jerusalem, with their assets stolen, and houses pillaged. There arent Jews on the streets spitting on them as they walk by. Their shops werent attacked asll in one day and they arent subject to a propaganda storm of "Kill the Palestinians".

Another fact that proves the leaders of Israel are the most racist people on the planet. Yeah, more racist than the N. Koreans and more than Iran, gasp! Why? The only reason Israel is allowed to continue their crimes against humanity is because they have bought and manipulated their way into a favorable position in American politics and the MSM. Anyone who speaks up about how wrong what Israel is doing is immediately labeled as an anti-Semitic, Nazi/Iranian terrorist, and then is reminded about how 6 million Jews were put in concentration camps and executed during the Holocaust.

Well enough of that talk, 60 million lives were taken during WWII, not just Jews.

Their concentration camps are the Gaza strip and the West Bank.

Israel can get an even better peace of mind if they give the land they took from the palistinians and then work with their government and not killing the people who can actually bring about change. Again that is what Hitler did eliminate the opposition so he could walks straight in without any opposement ...

They wont allow them to build in their own country. Another country, wont allow Israel, to use the land that is in their country, to build houses for their citizens.

And theres something wrong with Haredi Rabbis telling orthodox Jews not to rent out to Arabs? It makes total sense. Theyre cramped for space. Most haredi have 8 + children. They need the rooms, and houses being rented to Arabs first for Jews.

Perfectly reasonable to me.

On neither hand do we have anyone actually civilly discussing the topic.
