This just happened Saturday the 13th of November!

A man in san diego had the TSA (Team Sexual Assault) explain to him that they intended to touch his penis. He said no and we get to see (well mainly hear) what happened due to some quick thinking and a video camera!

Here are his videos:

Bad video but GREAT audio!!! The TSA (Team Sexual Assault) will likely have a little egg on their faces from this one!

Here is a link to his blog: johnnyedge.blogspot.com... e-roughly-between.html if you would like the rest of the story.

I have personally pulled pranks with viagra at the airport in Denver (knowing full well that they would be a little taken aback when they got to my "junk")... but, I can see where this guy was coming from... Either we rape you or we sue you!

Ok I understand peoples' frustration with the TSA with the whole pat down and body scan issue, but this thread is simply pathetic.

The op puts a spin on the whole situation to make it seem like the TSA has an agenda to molest everyone that goes through security.

That notion is just unfair and plain stupid.

Fsss "Team Sexual Assult"

OP you are taking this too far, you should be ashamed of yourself.

From now on I am going to refer to you as Bill O'Reily whenever I see a post of yours.

He said no

Excellent. All we need is more people refusing, and the screening will go away. I no longer fly. Do you?

Well, look at it from this perspective once....

What would happen to me if I got busted groping a 15 year old girl? Grabbing her breasts? Her crotch? They would lock me up (and rightfully so!)

But, if I work for TSA (Team Sexual Assualt) they give me $18 - $24/hr to do it!

This seems ok to you?

I still fly. Last time I flew was to Denver. I took a Viagra, didn't wear underwear and refused the scan! They got more than they were looking for on my "pat-down", they grabbed at it for a little bit trying to figure out what it was until they finally realized. They turned BRIGHT RED and said "ok, you are free to go" to which I said "but don't you owe me breakfast?" It was AWESOME! I might do it one more time and have a buddy video the whole thing.

Surely there have to be others who have flown since TSA started offering a "Happy Ending" with every pat-down....

What have your experiences been like?

One has to applaud the level of civility this man retained given the circumstances. He was not combatant nor was he rude.

I hope he has begun drafting litigation in STATE court against the TSA.

He made a very salient point that may have been missed by some when he eluded to the fact that if it's not him, who will it be that fights this blatant violation of our inalienable rights.

This man is a hero.

You are entitled to your opinion. The fact that the TSA has been green lighted to molest even ONE individual is completely unacceptable. Yes, it most certainly is molestation since only the TSA is authorized to do so even when there is no probable cause for such an invasive search.

Go have another banana.

Using the word "junk" I think takes his case down a few notches. No offense intended, but the people who use this term to begin with seem to have something in common.

This is out of control,
so...If you (do not) want to be molested
they have a case against you?(try this with anyone in real life)
They order him to go with them
and then they want to bring charges
against him for doing what they ordered him to do?
They tell him to leave , and then harass him?
this is a sci-op! They wanted him to
loose his cool so they could arrest him.(and beat and taze him)
The whole thing is a set up!
They are playing mind games with people.
And the viagra stunts. well,it might seem like fun
but, your just playing into their hands and. its perverted.

This is ridiculous. Where does it end? When are we finally gonna be safe enough from the terrorists? Should we just go ahead and arrive naked to the airports? Fly naked? That might be kind of fun. " Fly Buff Airlines Today. Be assured that no one has explosive undies on!" Don't make me feel any safer with these new "security measures".

I'd rather just drive somewhere now if I need to get there.

Thing that bugged me the most was when he tried to leave, and being told to be cooperative in case bring a case against him. For what? not wanting to be groped and deciding not to fly? Yea, he must be a potential domestic terrorist for not wanting his junk grabbed by a stranger.

Like I said in first line. RIDICULOUS.

Aside from how wonderful it would be to be nekkid sitting in business class drinking vodka at 40,000 feet next to some young hot blonde advertising exec....

It would still be by my choice to be naked there.

With the TSA (Team Sexual Assault) out there, they will get you naked, touch you everywhere and threaten you if you don't let them.

How is that not rape? For those of you who think it isn't, I implore you to introduce me to your wife, your daughter, your mother or your sister. I too would like the opportunity to grope them, and if they won't let me, to sue them. That is what the TSA does.

I think a compromise could have been reached:

"Tell you what, you want to search my underwear, you get Jessica Alba to do it, or a reasonable facimile."

I know someone else on a different thread posted this video, but I thihnk it is important enough to share. All I gotta say is Michael Jackson would approve highly of the new search procedures.

Now, how the heck do we explain inappropriate touching to kids?!?!?!?!?

What term(s) for his genitalia would have been acceptable to you? I haven't heard the term "junk" used in quite some time but it certainly made apparent his intention of what was not to be touched.

He could have used far more vulgar slang terminology or he could have used the precise medical terminology. I see in no way how either would have changed a thing.

By all means, enlighten us regarding what the people who use this term have in common. He was well spoken and held his composure far better than many would have. I am completely familiar with the standard terminology for the genitalia but figure if I'm dealing with an individual who most likely has a double digit IQ, I'll just stick to terms they can relate to.

The term "junk" is a summary of such terms as penis, scrotum and testes. Would you feel his case would have more merit had he used a more scientific vernacular of his...uh......junk?

Whoops, I just used the term junk so am now relegated to those of his ilk. I await your description of those who use said term and what we have in common.

I don't know that I'd call it rape but can assure you that touching my child in any way, shape or form that I as her father deem inappropriate will ensure the hand used to do so will be useless for the remainder of your life....once it's extracted from your rectal cavity. Should I be jailed for doing so, at least she'll know how daddy handles "men" who touch her that way.

My point exactly!

I would kill first and ask questions second.

Now, how long till a violent confrontation happens at a checkpoint due to a father or a husband objecting to witnessing the molestation of his wife or daughter? I would honestly hold the TSA agent while he hit them!

so I have a question, i'm flying to florida on Friday and I was wondering if they do a pat down on every single person? Or do they just do it to some?

topic already being discussed here

What I find most troubling is how this man was threatened with civil legal action for trying to leave the airport after being told to do so.

That bothered me too, pretty much like "well, if you let us touch your penis, we will let you leave". Well, gee! How could you turn down an offer as wonderful as that?!?

I thought this post with the actual video and audio would be good for the sceptics to see and hear.

We are not being paranoid, this IS really happening!
