Lawyer Caught up in Secret CIA Flights Dies in Lake Oswego

Remember the Bush years? Those dark ages when we randomly kidnapped people and flew them around the world to mess with them in any way we pleased? Remember that the current administration has not yet clearly distanced itself from such activities and it may as well still be going on? While nobody cares about this stuff today anymore, the people involved in this sordid tale involving Drugs, the black state and curious references to MK-Ultra are still dying:

Scott Caplan, a Portland lawyer who was caught up in a scandal over flying terror suspects to secret prisons, died this week after suffering a heart attack. He was 49. As reported in The Lake Oswego Review, Caplan was playing tennis Monday at the Lake Oswego Tennis Center when he collapsed from a heart attack. He died on Tuesday morning

Another one of those convenient heart attacks. It's a shame we never can know for sure ....
