Weird msg going out over the radio on 105.9 WXRG (put on your gas mask)

Well it looks like they are counting down to 3PM CST on friday.

They have some intresting phrases mixed in with the countdown.

Wow, very strange. I will keep it up and listening. freaky...

"The Mississippi Gulf Coast will be his new home."

Creepy.

Maybe this is the invasion code that the incognito ruskies have been waiting for.

Then again, it's probably just a marketing ploy...sigh.

Has anyone besides the OP heard this computerized count-down robot say anything about donning your gas mask? Maybe the OP works for the station and is helping promote it?

It is still intresting some to the phrases they have over broadcast.

I am betting on a talk radio station ... There are only a few in the radio market here.

I can't get the station without registration - don't want to do that if something is going on. Phrases such as what for example.

I had a friend that works in AL that heard the Gas mask bit and he called me with his concern.

Being the Mississippi Deputy POC for Alarm and Muster I put out a call to all the State POC's to keep their heads on a swivel. You never know now days. Strange and Changing times we live in.

I have since put out the call Debunking it as a filler until the format change takes place.

However they had quoted the Declaration of Independence and some other patriotic quotes.

They even quoted Thomas Jefferson " the tree of liberty must be replenished from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants"

I found that Shockingly Cool

Wish they would have more of that speak.

that so weird, I checked the radio stations website to listen and its still going at 11:02 pm on Wednesday Oct 6, 2010 its still going with the count down, I also hear "be all you can be the army". I find this odd for a company that would want music playing than the robot voice with a count down. Must be a contest or something. I would think they would have shut it down if not.
