You have ideas, I have ideas, not all ideas would be considered intelligent. Not all individual have the same IQ. Who's smarter than who? Don't think it make much difference.

I'm not sure if its already been posted but an IQ test only measures a persons capacity to learn. An achievement tests measures acquired knowledge.

Could be wrong but I think an IQ test isn't really based on what you know, but rather how much you know as compared to how much others in your peer group know. So, all you have to do is talk to the people around you to see if they're the idiots, or you are.
