Well so far they are not carrying weapons like Katrina and Blackwater.

Just wait soon enough we'll see reporters injured or killed for finding out something that wasn't suppose to see the light of day!

I can't believe that they didn't hire "Blackwater" - the ironing would have been so delicious!

Guess they thought Xe sounded a bit too fruity for beach security detail...

It really galls me when folks keep going to New orleans to look for the oil spill. There are no beaches around new orleans. You got the mississippi river that flows out to the gulf to the delta. And lake ponchtran which is fresh water. Folks hold up new orleans as the place that got killed by Hurricane katrina. Except there wrong. Katrina smashed into Biloxi Mississippi not New orleans. In fact they were on the western side of the hurricane and didn't get the winds or the storm surge. If you lived along the coast in Biloxi your DEAD. The storm surge smashed and washed away a good 600 yards inland, then emptied back out.
New orleans problem happened a day after the hurricane past when the flood water tore through there levy's which drownd the city. There is a big difference.

So too with the oil, ther is NO OIL in new Orleans, its in the delta, along the mississippi coast, alabama coast, florida coastal beaches and inland waterways...

But then all the folks reporting are yankees from up north and haven't a clue, except to GET THE STORY.

As for BP hiring ex-blackwater folks to mess with reporters? What you never heard of a private owned stun gun before..sheesh what a bunch of woosies..

watched the video, that was some strange stuff.
If i am right Reporters don't usually attack workers.
What is so secret about the cleanup? maybe they test some revolutionary cleanup methods, or just dont want people to see the scale of the event, which is weird. eXXon allowed reporters to film the Valdrez-leak, so why do BP not allow filming
