Secure the borders more carefully. There are many solutions I'm sure. However, this bill is a step backwards. It's only going to give racist police officers a chance to harass many innocent citizens of this country. Sorry for not directly answering your question before.

We were able to find a Grasshopper on a ship from Brazil and bring it to DC to test it for diseases. I'm sure we can do the same with humans. (minus the bringing to DC and testing lol)

I feel more states will follow the AZ bill, cause we are sick and tired of being abused by peoples who come in and make our country a sesspool of drugs, crooks,child abductions, fake impersonations, theft, free this, free that and suck off the system and reek havoc in towns and cities.

Last time I checked:
Many LEGAL American citizens make drug deals and do drugs.
Many LEGAL American citizens abduct children.
Many have fake impersations.
Many steal cars and beyond.
Many live off free this and free that.

Not just "illegals".

Also, you want to mention drugs? How about the pharmaceutical companies that feed off you and cause over 500,000 deaths a year? Guess what dear? They're legal citizens.

Those folks who abducted Liz Smart..legalized citizens.
Many who steal your identity are legal.
And I know many folks who have stolen items and cars. I know a lot of individuals who have ruined the lives of others....and they're legal citizens. Please. Don't only put crime on "illegals." It's not the smartest thing to do...

While I agree, that does nothing concerning the millions already here illegally. That's what this is all about isn't it? Checking people for citizenship status who are already here?

So how do you find illegal aliens if you are not allowed to look for illegal aliens.

All respect to you, as I believe you're an intelligent individual and we're probably on the same page more than you think...There has to be better solutions to the immigration issue. I will be the first to admit: Something...SOMETHING has to be done here. There is no excuse for millions of ILLEGAL immigrants to be here. Why can they cross the border so easily? Because the borders aren't secure enough. Instead of senseless spending on nonsense by our government, let's actually put some money to the security of the border.

Your absolutely right, IT NEEDS MORE SEVERE RESTRICTIONS. Our citizens are in need of checking ID more prevelent. So im suggesting maybe ID checkpoints on roads and highways. What do you think of that?

Depends on the areas. I believe there needs to be more guards on the border. More armed forces, the better...but keep them strictly on the border. Also, set up more surveillance. We don't need police going around tracking everyone down they believe is a suspected illegal alien. That could only go bad and get abused. Keep the borders SECURED.

And on top of ID checkpoints, maybe they need to go house to house and check ID also. They need to do a large round up of all illeagals. Now what do you think of that?

So whilst your comments may have worth, first the citizenry have to make it CLEAR to their temporaty President and administration, that they've had enough and that they want action and they want it now

I see your concern, but you have to admit Phoenix being the kidnap
capital of the US is a problem.

You have to admit the rancher being gunned down on his land is
a problem.

The sheriff being gunned down is a problem.

You have to admit the girls found dead in the desert that were forced
to work as drug mules is a problem.

There is a lot more than just this, but I do not have the time or space
to list all the crimes.

My cousin works for the FBI, and MS13 has become the largest
gang threat in the US and we basically ignore the border.

We are the new rome, and these are the new huns.

Different methods, different reasons, but the outcome is very much alike.

They are looting the nation with tens of thousands of fake applications
for social security, unemployment benefits, loans in other ppls names,
etc etc.

There are citizens doing it too of course, but this added load just
makes matters much worse.

We need to legalize pot, deport all immigrants with a criminal record,
and their kids, and totally close the border with something that cannot
be climbed over casually like it is now.

If we had a border policy as strict as mexico has it would be over.

We are between a rock and a hard place and I am sure the new laws
will see some abuse of US citizens, but it beats dead US citizens.

Getting a few million jobs back to citizens might help things a bit too.

This is great news! I have been a supporter of Arizona since they took action and I am proud to say that the state I reside in is also on that list.
