In an amazing coverage that just came out today that was published throughout the Muslim world, including even CNN Arabic Version,
The Chairman of the International Union for Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi which his union represents the largest body of Muslim scholars worldwide and on their behalf just announced in Turkey that:


“The Caliphate in today’s age must be established through a number of several states that are governed by Shariah and supported by both, the rulers and the people in the form of a federation or confederation and not as it was in the past.”

By this, the Muslim union of scholars lead by Qaradawi is setting up the theological precedence by announcing that a future confederacy of Muslim nations must and will be established and centered in the land of the Muslim Caliphate in Turkey.

Mark says that during this century, the only string of four consecutive blood moons that coincide with God's holy days of Passover in the spring and the autumn's Feast of Tabernacles (also called Sukkoth) occur in 2014 and 2015 on today's Gregorian calendar.

there are only 2 possible windows...
both windows made during the 75 day window from the 1st blood-moon of April until the day the Caliphate was proclaimed and the 80 day window from the 1st blood-moon in april until al Baghdadi made himself the Caliph on 4 July
these windows establish by precident, the timeframe in which the 2nd Red Horse & Rider called War, will go-forth after 8 October (2nd blood-moon)


as far as the first 4 seals being opened, the seals were begun to be opened on the day of the first blood-moon itself...
all the window provides for is the necessary Earthly conditions to apply/exist, for either conquest (as in the white horse)
or for War (as in the 2nd red horse)....

the Biblical clock has begun with the commencement of this particular 4 blood-moon tetrad... the cosmic, predestined/prophecied 4 horsemen-of-the-Apocalypse series of lunar eclipses during 4 successive Jewish Feasts (a rarity thru known history, this is the 8th such cycle since around 12,000 bce)

The horsemen are what lead up tp Armageddon. The first is supposed to be encomic collapse, 2 famine, 3 war and I forget the last.

"Blood Moons of 2014 Accompanied With Record Breaking Quakes And X-class Flares"

2014 will be remembered for a very rare occurance, the first half of a sequence of four blood moons coming over the next two years- on the Jewish Passovers on April 15, 2014, and April 4, 2015, and the Feasts Of The Tabernacles on Oct. 8, 2014 and Sept. 28, 2015.
Such events have occurred on only a handful of times in the last 2000 years and each time significant events happened to the Jewish people.

in Daniel, when the empire was divided into 4 parts, the part which included Syria/Mede/parts of Persia/Turkey/Babylon is the current stomping ground of the IS= Caliphate of today...a cult-of-death...anti-Christ to the hilt !!
