WASHINGTON -- White House spokesman Robert Gibbs says Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is "the elected leader" of the Islamic republic.

Gibbs was asked Tuesday if the White House recognized Ahmadinejad as the country's legitimate president.

"He's the elected leader," Gibbs responded.

Obviously Ahmadinejad stole the election. The Iranian people know it. Even the religious leaders spoke out about it. But Obama, aka Jimmy Carter II, backs up the illegal regime headed by a terrorist who hates our country.

Lovely. :shk:

I agree also that there is no proof that Ahmadinejad stole an election. There is more proof of Bush stealing an election than there is of Ahmadinejad stealing one.

If you want an obvious case of stealing an election, that would be an Iraq election with Saddam getting a 100% vote.
