If you read into this you will find that this is not the case.

Many are putting there lifes on the line for a better one and have nothing left to get them home. They are stuck.

Actually after I posted , I went to goggle and looked up more info on that (was curious) and apparently there were several work stoppages due to work
conditions and wages (my bad to posters who said that)
