I heard a radio interview with this girl, and I learned a lot of
valuable info.
I'm becoming extremely interested in nutrition, 'superfoods', etc...
There was also a guy in the interview whose name I didn't get.
He said some incredible things about how the oils and essential fatty
acids in flax, hemp and nuts can heal a sick person.

Her website is great. She gives you a lot of advice, right down to
the utensils you should have in your kitchen. She also has vids on
"the tube"

Here's her website:
www.therawfoodcoach.com...

Here's a vid:

When I heard her say chocolate smoothie, I was ready to pounce if she used any milk which, fair to say, may not be as healthful as we've all been told. So I was pleasantly surprised to see that she didn't use any. Pretty creative to use cashews, never would have considered that. Might be a tad high in fat but of course only if its an American-sized portion
