Ok i just watched it.. the editing is awful and nauseating. The " figure" at the end looks like a person to me.

how so? it moves WAYYYY too much and is choppy, poorly edited and they show a person at the end??I respectfully disagree.

I hope the hooded dude goes after all those guys and gals of too little integrity or honor with too much time or money on their hands who make fake youtube ufos or faux news videos to drown out the real stuff...
