It's really sad what's happening in the world these days.

All these terrorist attacks, so sad. So many innocent people being effected by these attacks.

80lbs of TNT would do a tremendous amount of damage. It seems odd that Abu Sayyaf would apparently "switch" to this deadlier means of terrorism...are they changing their tactics?
