Simply mind-boggling. The largest bank failure in American history. Will the madness never end?

The American economy is on the brink of financial collapse, and this guy works for 17 days and gets $18. How do they manage to work deals like this? Whose fault is it that contracts like this can be negotiated? Do the stockholders allow this? Why don't they vote it down?
