It's not that strange, and it's not breaking news either.

Like one of the liveleakers said we can't debunk this as ballons until the provideo is posted.

I personally am leaning towards the ballon answer but I really want to see what a pro camera man was able to capture.

I don't know it could just be me but, it looks like a bunch of white and black balloons. At one point it looked like a person skydiving but, who knows.

At first glance, I too thought balloons, but after watching the entire video I am unsure..it seems to morph and undualate... one of the most bizzare things I have seen yet, thanks for the video.
