Im sorry, I have no info, will update once it is on the site. Wow just WOW.

What do you think of this? Russia has also sent in 150+ armoured vehicles and I read on Sky News a source has claimed the capital is "almost destroyed" Could you imagine being a fly on the wall at the olympics with all the leaders there??

I feel this will not stop at Georgias latest 3 hour break to let civilians leave the area. This will continue for days and thenit will eventually become worse. So much for enjoying the olympics

Ok heres the link from Sky News, which discusses the ceasefire. Can you imagine how p****d Russia must be? Downing two of their planes, their men and then having the nerve to call a cease fire? I believe after the three hours are up **GULP** farewell Georgia. Let's hope not!

Off topic, but a train crashed into a fallen bridge in Czech Republic killing/injuring 100 people. I don't think 8 is such a lucky number no more.

No links; just read them on the ticker.

Sky News: APP says The Georgian President has said Tblisi and Moscow will be in a state of war if reports of tanks entering South Ossetia are true.

Sky News: Russian Peacekeeping commander says capital "almost totally destroyed".

The aircraft were shot down over Georgian territory. The Sky News ticker reported before, in order::

Russian planes bomb parts of Georgia
Russian President denies bombing of Georgia
Georgian official says Georgian forces have shot down 2 Russian aircraft.

UPDATE::
Russian Aircraft have bombed a military airbase on the border of Georgian capital Tbilsi. - Reuters

Im getting all this off of Sky News ticker as I have nothing to do so I shall keep all of those away from a TV informed.

Two war planes down? Thats how you do it, they bomb, you shoot them down.

Russia thought it could throw its weight around, well, now they know there are penalties for doing so.

Russians have been bullying far to many former communist states of late, time for some STFU I feel.

GO GEORGIA!

To be fair though, the US / NATO (US influence) have been ringing Russia with bases since the soviet breakup. The Russian actions are simply reactions to moves made by the US and NATO.
