Awww, you think I lost, how cute.

Actually, In every single thread where the issue of child porn or violent porn comes up, there are 2 or three people who come in and defend it to the death. It actaully makes me physically ill to constantly be reminded that there are people out there who approve of such things, and I would rather not be exposed to that sick part of society.

Regardless of what you people are saying about the actresses being over 18 and consenting, That makes no difference at all. He is still selling violent pedo-rape. In the same way the movie Superman sold us the Superman story, he is selling us violent pedo-rape, period. You need to be a very very sick individual if you need that kind of stuff to get your rocks off.

You continually bring up child porn when it has nothing to do with the topic at hand. Reaching for that emotional support from others that you so desperately need to support your opinion?

Child porn isn't an issue here. Why even bother typing those words?

No one has defended child porn. And yes, people do defend violent porn because it involves consenting adults. And yes, you do have a choice of watching it or not. And yes, you did lose that particular exchange.

NO, it does not involve consenting adults. While behind the scenes it may, on camera it does not. He is not selling consensual sex with adults even though that is whats happening. He is selling violent pedo rape and the way you defend his so called "right" to make them makes me ill. Welcome to the list.

That makes zero sense. By that logic, an actor portraying a murderer in a movie should be convicted of murder. Sure, behinds the scenes there was no murder, but clearly on camera there was.

He purposely finds women that appear to be under 18 solely for the fact that others people like to watch him simulate mouth rape until this younger appearing actor throws up from it. On top of that he makes them dress up like they are even younger than they are just so that people that like young girls will buy his videos.

And all of this has already been ruled to be perfectly legal.

So if you want to change the laws, fine. But you can't convict someone after the fact. When he made the videos, they were legal. Point of fact, they still are. No crime was committed.

The jury was given the right to render their opinion based on an antiquated statute, that is a threat to Constututional liberty.

You can't just sit there and say, "I don't like his stuff, punish him." You have to specify what is not acceptable, beforehand.

You can't arrest someone who had a beer when they were eighteen, but then when they were nineteen, the drinking age went up to twenty-one, for example.

We both know that only very very sick people watch this stuff to get their rocks off, thats why you refuse to reply to that part of anyones posts.

I will reply to that. It has nothing to do with the case at hand. If you want to make it illegal, fine, make it illegal. But you can' prosecute they guy after the fact. It was legal when it was made.

Ok, you post this cite as proof as to why this man should be guilty.
www.obscenitycrimes.org...

But this cite says ALL porn is to blame, not just simulated child porn. So you would advocate getting rid of it all, despite the fact that most people would agree it should be legal. Isn't that forcing your beliefs on the majority.

While were at it, lets ban other things that we can find studies that claim are unhealthy. Beer, violence in movies and video games, some types of music, fatty foods, homosexuality, unprotected sex, and so forth. We'll have a real nice diverse society then!

Uh not quite real sure how to respond to this senseless comment, but I'll give it a shot.

You do know that when someone takes an acting job, they merely PRETEND to be someone else right? They don't actually become that person.

I assumed anyone with the intelligence of a retarded rock or greater automatically knew that.

You continually call it "pedo rape" when in fact it is not. Why can you not understand that the term pedo (as used in the word pedophilia) denotes... get ready for a big word here: PREPUBESCENT children.

How do you manage to remember to breathe every few seconds?

For those who support this conviction (aka an infringement upon personal liberties), I just have to ask:

Some of you have claimed the girls were "drugged", raped, or "coerced". I asked for proof, yet have received none. Why is that?

I have asked a few of you to show the Constitutional authorization (either federal, or state) that gives government the power to make laws such as the one MH was charged with.

None of you have. Why?

Do you people realize that not everyone shares your morals or beliefs? If so, why do you insist on imposing them on others?

Simply because you people do not like something, doesn't mean one should be punished for producing a type of porn you disagree with.

There have been quite a few strawman arguments here ( the senseless mention of child porn for example), when in fact that argument has no bearing on this case whatsoever. Snuff films are a myth, nothing more. There is no further need to bring that up.

A few have made the ridiculous claim that "but a jury convicted him, therefore the stuff must be illegal!".

Do you believe juries are correct 100% of the time? If so, how about the OJ case?

Do you believe a jury in the bible belt would put aside their religious and moral objections to the content of those videos? If so, how can you possibly be so naive?

How about we ban religion? Lots of people disagree with it, and using the logic you people use, it should be banned right?

Porn is far from murder or rape. Equating the two is ridiculous.

We impose our belief that murder is wrong - but serial killers believe its OK- so how dare we impose on their rights to kill?

See it is you imposing your LACK of morals on us - not the other way. In our society we have laws and a legal system the people have spoken. We passed laws. Sorry but a small fringe pervert minority does not get to impose their disease on the majority.

You know, I keep hearing this from you, but you have yet to show how that small fringe has imposed anything on you, or me. Please explain how this guy has imposed his fetish on the majority.

But it is the same in that we have laws against obscenity just like murder or rape it a legal matter the jury made a decsion.

You don't like the law then change it. Run on a pro porn platform and see what people think of you

No its you guys saying he has the right to make this sick crap that is imposing your opinion on the majority who say - "no we don't want it in our culture at all." We do not want it available period. Its a matter of Law. Thats' why we have laws against even producing some types of material. Extreme example is child porn. He is purposefully very extreme sick twisted and violent.

the people said no more.
