Ian- looking forward to the match! I'm praying its an abstract topic... read through some of your old debates and you really have an unbeatable strength at deploying sources tactically. If its a factual debate, I'm in for an "ass-whupping"!

Nyk- hope you're ok mate. Make an isotonic drink of 4 parts sugar : 1 part salt in water (probably best to add some juice as well if you want some taste)... that'll tide you over at home when you don't need a full scale saline drip in the hospital.

Good morning.... You all sure are some vocal primates.....Can I have some rum in my tea please? There should be a drunken debate, although I don't know how to prove that the fighters are drunk....maybe a 2 part debate round 1 sober, round 2 drunk.......That would be interesting.......Could I have a splash of tea in my rum?

Ah NYK I was thinking as I was catching up a couple pages back, HE NEEDS 1/2 Gatroaide and 1/2 water asap! The water helps to administer the electrolytes into the system better than the gatoraide alone which can instead turn to sugar...

Stick a chicken in a big pot, put some fresh carrots, onion, celery and seasalt, cyanne pepper, then cook it down while you relax. At the end you can add some wide egg noodles and kick back and enjoy.

Remember make about 4 packages of jello too and stick it in the fridge, it is so yummy when you are sick or have been.

popcycles for the littles ones give them liquid and feels soothing to the throat.

I know there are more natural remedies, but these are just comfort only measures until you all get better. And remember, you are no longer sick, you are healing...
