IMHO that image has been doctored. The last line of the first paragraph where it says something to the effect that "disclosure is coming" is darker than the rest of the text. Furthermore when zoomed in you can compare the lettering and it is not even close to the rest of the document. This is a terrible attempt at a hoax and if you created this document you are pathetic. I was going to say "nice try" but it was not.

who is the letter addressed to? Major Donald Kehoe. Now I might be wrong about this but doesn't this guy have a less than reputable reputation?

If disclosure was coming then, and had'nt happened yet, then I would say don't hold your breathe waiting for it.

The image looks modified, and even if it wasn't, the letter is from 1960, so it should have happened by now.

Look at the date on the doc.

Official docs have the date (MOST of the time)
DDMMYY.

First thing I look at, when presented a supposed doc,
especially from the '60's.
