Problem Submitting ATSNN Item

I've been trying to post an ATSNN story this morning, about 6 hours now. I fill out all the fields, hit SUBMIT, and the entry goes off into cyberspace somewhere, and I'm stuck with a white screen. I've tried to outwait it, but the screen nevers comes back and the story is never submitted.

Whassup?

Ten hours and several attempts later, the problem still exists.

Have you used the complain feature? That might get a quicker response.

If this is the item, and you are trying to resubmit the exact same item, then maybe that is the issue.

Just one possibility.

No, it was a different story, that I tried posting shortly after that one.

Well now, that was weird! As I was typing up my last reply, I was treated to an advertisement for "Big Guns" or something through my headphones. It ceased as soon as I hit "Post Reply".

Maybe the title you've chosen for your submission has already been taken? Try a different title...

Would think I'd receive an error message, but I'll give it a shot. I've already tried other things, like omitting some of the supporting links, thinking that maybe a typo was preventing them from being verified.

Update: the problem persists this morning. I tried changing the title but it had no effect.

I'll submit a complaint, as someone suggested. Thanks for all your efforts.

I was able to post another ATSNN entry just now, but this is not the story I am having problems with.

Which makes me wonder about other possible reasons for the problem..???
