The 1000 Club?

One of my uncle's friends belongs to the 1000 club in london. Apparently it only has 1000 members, no more, no less. The only time they recruit is when someone dies. Apparently its members are only influential people. My uncle's friend had much power in Hong Kong before the change over, in government or something.

Does anybody know anything about this club?

Anything special about the 1000th club? Looks like an ordinary club to me from what you say, with presidents who can't find seating for more than 1000 people in the same room.

idiots need to be grouped with other idiots. Secrecy is human nature. People create for themselves as a means to satisfy there basic need for secrecy, power and sin. Noone understands.
