Spray it, don't Spray it!

German engineers are developing a spray-on condom, for a one size fits all.

"It works by spraying on latex from nozzles on all sides," he said. "We call it the '360 degree procedure' -- once round and from top to bottom. It's a bit like a car wash."

news.yahoo.com...

Personally, I wouldn't trust it.

Krause's team (spraykondom.de) is developing a type of spray can into which the man inserts his penis first. At the push of a button it is then coated in a rubber condom.

Not much good if you've got a hair trigger then is it!!!

Buzz kill set aside, that definitely does not sound as safe as your typical latex condom. Miss one spot and you're either a daddy or HIV+. Thanks, but I'll stick with the tried and tested Trojan.

I'm even more old-school than you, Baphomet. I'll stick with the tried and true monogamy.

That, and what the Mrs. refers to as "vatican roulette."

Oh that is funny, I don't think anyone would trust this idea.

Of course it might be a good thing for "Women of the night"

That is if you package it right.

although if you could manage to balance about 20 bb's on your 'root', then spray it down,, that just might prove you some referral sex.

I didn't even think about that. Kind of like American Pie with the glue!

Anyway, I think it will end up being a pump-action* spray rather that aerosol.

*Pun intended!

How can this possibly be safe?
A) A spray can never does create a full coat.
B) As mentioned, how do you create the tip resevoir that prevents snapping?
C) How do you ensure the system doesnt screw up after the first use, spray nossles are notorious for clogging... especially if the liquid is designed to solidify.
