Supreme Court to Take Terrorist Case

The Supreme Court is to hear a case involving the rights of terrorist prisoners at gauntanimo Bay. I dont think the supreme court is doin this out of the goodness of there heart i think there goin to use this as a tool in proping up its own power and decreasing the power of the executives branch
