Well, there goes antoher one. I'm beggining to wonder if it's the media reporting more, or there really is a lot more plane incidents happening. Every time I hear another news story my view goes towards the latter.

Here is a little update.

Reuters Link

GENEVA (Reuters) - Several people are believed to have died on Tuesday when a light plane crashed near the Simplon mountain pass in south-central Switzerland, Swiss police said.

"Witnesses said the plane went into a tail spin and that the pilot had probably lost control. Probably several people died, but we don't know exactly how many," Vincent Favre, police spokesman in the canton (state) of Valais, told Reuters.

Yes the weather in that area of the world has gotten increasingly worst during this season due to change of weather patterns, I will no be surprised is a weather related tragic accident.

Even if it didn't have to do with rain, it probably had to do with just flying in the mountains. It's a very dangerous thing to do, be it a light plane or an airliner.
