I'm so proud of myself, after about 4 weeks of working out really hard and eating like a lion, I managed to put in 10 pounds of solid muscle. I went from 139 to 149lb. I'm gonna continue to excersise hard, my goal is to reach 155. YAY IM SO HAPPY!!!!!!

I don't know about you guys but I have a tough time gaining much muscle. I am 210 and a mix of muscle and fat. When my shoulders are not bothering me I can get pretty strong though.

Good job man! Keep it up! I never really realized this until I thought about it, but back in Freshman year of highschool, I was 125, and after 4 years of working out pretty hard, I'm about 185, and more muscular as well. My bench went from about 100 pounds, to about 245 where it is now, and I'm still improving. Anyway, awesome job!

I'm about 5'10, give or take a quarter of an inch, haha. If I'm doing my math correctly, you're about 16 right? You've got two years to go, and probably more growing, so you could probably reach that
. Right now, I'm trying to lose some fat and get down to around 175, so I can have more definition. The tricky part is losing weight while gaining muscle...

Cool.... I'm almost 14 and I'm gonna start workign out soon... i'm about 5'5" and like 120-130... with a little bit of fat but mostly muscle. I havent' even worked out before... it's jsut in my geenes i guess lol
