i start to question...

starting this thread is essentially me eating my words, for i have insinuated here and elsewhere that Alex Jones is a man worth listening to.

well, my opinion has not completely changed. you see, i was convinced that Alex truly believed in his rhetoric and championing for freedom, but in all honesty friends, i have come to a different conclusion. I really hate posting this linke here, as it might break many hearts, as it did mine. Note the videos at the bottom, they are quite telling!

69.28.73.17...

Take what you will from it, but I cant for the life of me see any true conviction in AJ anymore. I wont condemn him because hes done an excellent job of educating the masses on some of the most important information of our day.

But Alex Jones is only helping instill fear and animosity that will result in some display of mass civil disobidience and then his 'police state' predictions will be fulfilled. He might have his own skewed visions of grandeur. Or maybe he is just securing his spot in history, and we cant forget his capital. No crime there, but he really is just securing his finances for when everything comes crashing down.

Bottom line, this chapter of humanity is coming to a very abrupt closure. You all know its true. Nature will not allow the freewill of men to get lost in the cosmos. Its been on the books since Revelations. We skirt around it but each of us fears it quietly.

once again i learn to put little faith in strangers.

AJ may be the biggest hypocrite of all, soapboxing for freedom when he too has a get rich quick agenda all lined up behind the curtain. god bless you all.

Hmm...

Well I have to say to me most journalists are pretty suspicous anyways - their motives are often ego and money.

However, as long as AJ presents sources for all he talks about regarding the government's lies and deception, I will enjoy his broadcasts and documentaries.

It seems much better that someone be out there helping to reveal this stuff even if it is for selfish financial motives.

And the alternative is "reputable" people like Dan Rather who support the govt. no matter what - and who may have even helped the JFK conspiracy get whitewashed.

I don't know Ive been reading some of the links and I don't know what to make of them. Seems to be some group with an agenda to discredit Alex Jones. Anyways I will take a look at everything else once I get off work.

Alex Jones interviewed and ridiculed by JOE ROGAN and his idiotic friends? Oh please.

He just starts calling him a "F'ing Narc" and a Fed, then they just laugh at him, this, in my mind, gives further credit to Alex Jones, nothing else.

Check the video, Alex urinates on these rectum sniffing commercialists;

any man or woman; who truely believes in something is honorable

if they keep their word they are honorable

BUT....this has NOTHING to do with the "truth" or "wrong" of what they say
so be careful when it comes to "beliving" something

im watching that video its crazy dude lol

very very entertaining lol

the most important part that shows alex isnt totally nuts is this
"humanity will continue"

hes right
it will

all good points, and i agree mostly. in the video sited, I wasnt disturbed so much by the narc comments, but the blatant TV persona that Alex puts on. Its so bad, the man didnt even notice his argument hinged on him reverting back to 'patriot-man'. A commercial. A voice. Blanket propaganda; exactly that which we oppose.

if they keep their word they are honorable

I question the motives of that master link too, but there is one story that claims alex has NOT kept his word in the past, and for what? $$$

I agree the information Alex circulates is excellent. And thats why this is a heartbreaker; this man I genuinley thought was a grassroots crusader for justice, is nothing more than another crooked business man.

Im not sure he believes theres any real hope fighting this NWO. and really there might not be. nonetheless, it is real.

Who instills more fear in your heart after listening? Alex Jones or GW?

most certainly Alex Jones. Explosive truth sells, and alex knows.

He is a pawn in the NWO too, thats why the man is still allowed to live. His job is to help mobrule get underway, resulting in his long awaited 'Police State'. Dont be fooled. But know the information is true. Armegeddon here we come.

Alex Jones is the man. What's wrong in you people, you have no trust in humanity. He just a good human being going out of his way to inform us..he's not doing this for money. At least I don't want to believe that he is.

Of course he is doing it for the money - same reason I report to a cube farm everday- doesn't mean he doesn't take pride in his work - or that he doesn't want to do a good job.

Can he be bought off - yeah very probably - but again unlike M.Moore he is very good at sourcing what he talks about - if he uses a sketchy source than it is my own fault if I don't investigate it further.

I would love if there was someone out there like him who worked towards exposing UFOlogy issues - very few of the UFOlogists out there do a very comprehensive job of digging up dirt and then sourcing each issue...

Hmm... that gives me an idea

$$$ - Here I come!

This is crazy. I watched the short version of the video; I don't know what its context is, but of course I recognize Joe Rogan; I assume that the others present are a bunch of hollywood goons like him. What is supposed to be so incrimanating about this site? It's time to grow up. Alex didn't want someone using his site or radio station to blame the Jews for all of the world's problems? Good. These theories are bogus, racist, and counter productive. The anti-semitism card is played against all of us. If you didn't like Alex's performance, try holding your own against a bunch of Hollywood scum who pick at every word and gesture. If Alex makes money perhaps that will induce other talented people to take up the conspiracy cause. I don't care about their petty disputes over articles, and personal slights. We have to become cultural warriors, like the Conservitives and Liberals. Alex is our Limbaugh. It's time the rest of us grew backbones, and stood up for each other rather than agonizing over phantom faults.

Personally I love Alex Jones, he's a good guy, a little agressive and I don't like the fact he selling his stuff, but he needs the money.

HE BRING UP GOOD ARGUMENTS people, he deserves to be listened to...

Truthmagnet, you are right, he (or someone as good as him) should focus on UFOlogy...that's all part of the NWO and stuff too...

I didn't watch the videos, but I think he's like a car salesman with a good product. I'd buy a new Toyota from the sleasiest car salesman because I know the product is good.

No doubt he has a TV persona and voice. Most public people do. No doubt he wants to make as much money as he can for what he does. Most people do. I don't put a lot of weight on that because I'm looking at the facts and evidence he presents and discarding the opinion.

I'm sure there are a lot of people out there who want to discredit him, too.

Honorable? I doubt it. I wouldn't trust him without something to back up what he says. He has an agenda, clearly.

Buyer beware.

i was his biggest fan...

but i stopped when i couldnt take it anymore. Listen to his radio shows and all he says is "you wanna know the truth? BUY MY VIDEOS!" when he is on mainstream air, all he talks about is his videos and tries to promote his site.

i spent a whole month e-mailing him and the administrator of his site's to try and get him to come to ATS to speak to us. Another member has tried aswell.

None of us got word back.

there are much better experts than him when it comes to the illuminati/NWO,etc, there are even researchers who have got ahold of very good evidence of the illuminati, which is much better than his.

I think you miss the point we need to think in terms of movement and not just research. We need to stick together.

I think his intent is probably pretty genuine - perhaps even altruistic (and moreso in his own eyes).

But I still think he's guilty of deliberate obfuscation, paranoic scare-mongering, reckless assumption and joining dots that aren't really there.

I'm sure he's a very nice man, though - I just wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him.

(which isn't very far. I'm short)

What he does accomplish though, in his favour, is fervent promotion of the "Think for yourselves - don't believe something just because your government says it's true" ideal. And that's generally a good thing.

And uh...let's not kid ourselves here...he's in it for the money, too.

I know Alex Jones and he basically backs up his information with mainstream news articles. Its not his spin, however he does get worked up to where people get turned off. If he could calm down to some degree he would probably reach more credible people. To at a moments notice pack up and go protest in front of the Parliament House in London about 911 and the recent London bombings shows some conviction in his beliefs. As for the video...you will notice the host of Fear Factor is there making fun of him (all in good fun) about his beliefs. Really, who are you going to listen to...a guy who talks about a small group of globalists enslaving mankind with good hard evidence supporting it or a host that encourages folks to eat ground up maggits and live flies for money on a national poweful tv show called "Fear Factor"?

Erm...if you put it like that....

I'd probably go with Joe Rogan.

Who isn't pretending, hiding, obfuscating, manipulating or otherwise "altering" the facts relating to certain situations...

Sorry, it just appears to me that it IS his spin - he often does take a respected news source, but his own take on things is almost as bad as if he were "Doing a Moore", or "Coultering".

Like I said it is probably more his tone(how he presents the information) yelling, screaming and carrying on that hurts him. The information is clear (Global Police State) A 3 year old could see it.

WING-TV has been running a smear campaign against Alex Jones and some other advocates of the truth for quite some time now. In fact, they spend the majority of their time and funds doing so. They have garnered a reputation for it in the conspiracy and the 9-11 truth communities. If anyone has been compromised it is WING-TV. The speculated reasons for WING-TV's rapid turn around to become the smear campaign champions of the conspiracy truth movement are many, including the possibility that they have been paid off, but the main one is simply that they are sore they did not reach the level of attention that others in the community did. At one stage on their cable TV show/webcast, they had a little puppet show mocking Alex Jones in falsetto voices, making puppets have sex with each other, and throwing clothes in the air. WTF kind of desperate, immature idiocy is that? Do these seem like people who are committed to exposing the truth?

Read through the lies and simpering, schoolboy smears they have posted on Alex. E.g. look at this:

69.28.73.17...
In a move that is sure to turn heads, a source close to Alex Jones has revealed that the filmmaker plans on changing the name of his various business ventures sometime this summer. Beginning in June, Infowars.com, as well as his daily radio show, will officially be known as INFOMERCIAL.com.

That's pathetic! I assume that this is meant to be satire, but satire is supposed to highlight a truth by the vehicle of humor. The article contains lots of random accusations but NO truths, and it's not even funny. Where's the evidence for their claims? There is none.

Another example. They link to this:

houston.indymedia.org...
In one clip, "The A Game," Alex is joking and cussing with his drunk and stoned audience and at one point Christianity is attacked by one guy and Alex takes a back seat as the name of Christ is trashed.

If you actually watch the video, you'll see that Alex was being verbally attacked by this drunkard, and when the same man starts yelling, "Just like the (expletive)-suckers that got wasted down in Waco, and if that was the government, God f'n bless ya!! THE MORE JESUS FREAKS WE WASTE, YEAH!!" Alex is just stunned into silence because he realizes he's arguing with a bigoted a-whole. There's no use arguing with someone like that. And then when someone mentions that children were burned and killed in Waco, the guy's response is, "yeah, because those f'ers would grow up to be Jesus freak f'ers." Jones is stunned, as are the others there, and he replies, "You mean the "Jesus freaks" who help me change my tires?" And the guy replies, "Yeah, if you believe in God you're a f'n idiot, that's the way it goes."

But Jones is attacked because he didn't stand up and punch this guy in the face. Jones is allegedly joking and cussing, when in fact, he remained serious through the whole episode. It was the goons around that were laughing at the situation. And btw Jones always mentions Jesus and God in his shows.

Another section goes on to attack Jones saying that he's a freemason. WTF? Jones always exposes the Freemasons and dumps all over them. In fact, he's received a lot of flak because of his uncompromising attacks on the Freemason cult.

This is the best they can come up with to attack Jones? Sad...

And as for him making money, well, producing a radio show, DVDs, documentaries, camera equipment, websites, employing researchers, and traveling around the States and the world doesn't come for free folks. Try it yourself and see how far you get. Jones does this stuff 24/7. He needs to cover his costs and he needs to live. If he makes some profit from it so that he can buy a house, a car and feed his family, so frikkin what?! Wouldn't you? Or is Jones expected to do all this for free and martyr his entire life to the cause. He even encourages people to make copies of his DVDs and pass them around. Have you ever seen Jones do a Metallica and sue for copyright infringement when his videos are distributed free all over the net by p2p?

I could go on, but please, read between the lines folks, and be suspicious of any attempts to smear someone who is trying to get the truth out. There are people who have a lot to gain from destroying Jones' credibility, people who are his targets and some who are his peers. And it annoys me how the conspiracy community is attacking its own, while the criminals who are making billions and billions of dollars from the deaths of us and our children are getting away with it all scot free.

Wecomeinpeace! Now I know why you were voted WATS last month!! Very well put!

That video with Alex Jones talking with Joe Rogan and his goonies is supposed to discredit Jones. HAHAHAHHAH That is the saddest thing I have ever seen. The video IMO proves how ignorant and completely idiotic actors like Joe Rogan and his friends really are. Rogan and his friends are complete morons, and this video proves just that.

Alex's intellect is just wasted on these idiots and I don't know why Alex was there in the first place. I have only watched the first 6 minutes of the video and as Wecomeinpeace stated. Joe and his friends are sick individuals.

Until credible evidence is brought here proving that Alex Jones is a fraud I will still go to his site, listen to his radio broadcasts, and watch his movies. As he is by far the most credible person that I have come across on the net so far.

As stated by Wecomeinpeace.... Infinite..... of course he needs to make money. Don't you have a job? Alex Jones is a reporter.... he owns a website, makes documentaries, has a radio show. This is not free my friend. I don't like how you keep stating he is just a business man. Yes he is a business man, but he has to make a living somehow.

In due time he will come to ATS. I know he promotes his videos, but how else will he get his message out to the people without promoting??? He wants us to wake up, know the truth, and start a revolution against our corrupt government. The only way this is possible is to spread the word!
