And have you considered specific parts of the 14th section may in itself be unconstitutional? Or is the Due Process implied? The Supreme Court might be looking in that direction. 😀

And remember the 3 States (CO, IL, ME) all have stays in place of their own, thus retaining Trump on The Ballots, so what's the hurry?

ByeBye doesn't understand that just the SC putting it on the docket is a BIG win for Trump. The SE operates from Oct To the end of June and the Docket is filled out in Oct, and adding this in April means they DO see it as a big deal and are not delaying anything. This means they are replacing something already scheduled...it is a big deal.
