I know a Guatemalan family that had been given asylum because of the internal conflict in Guatemala. Both parents with 3 kids.

A peace treaty was signed in 1996 and soon after they were informed that they status had been changed because the internal conflict was over and they had to leave the US before a certain date.

Of course they argued that their fourth son was an american citizen. They were told they could hand custody over to someone they trusted so that he could stay in the US or take the kid with them. I know the term "anchor baby" get's thrown around a lot but it isn't as cut and dry as having a baby on US soil making illegal parents safe from deportation.

Now, looking into the situation of the family in the OP. 5 of the 7 "children" are actually adults and two of them are married to american citizens, so those 2 are either already legal or waiting for their paperwork to go through.

Regardless, those 5 are no longer being schooled so the reason for asylum no longer exists for them.

The parent's can, like in the example above, hand custody of the two minors to one of the older older sibling, if they have legal status, or they can go back to Germany with their parents.

So, to me, it really isn't surprising.

What a crappy thing to do.

But Marxists can't Marxist if people have freedoms of religion.

These laws were instigated by Nazi's - the opposite of Marxists.

They should move to a sanctuary city/state.

The reason was the same, to make sure indoctrination happens to all kids equally.

Look how inclusive they all are.

Yes, just throw your passport away a few meters in front of the border, act like you come from Africa and you will get free housing, clothes, education, martial arts courses, pocket money, furniture, social security and a warm smile from Merkel.

But Marxists aren't opposed to home schooling. Nazi's are.

As near as I can tell, Marx suggested that established school systems indoctrinated children in class structures of privilege and poverty, and was largely against it.

Therefore, home schooling would be likely to be more reactionary against traditional state controlled indoctrination of children.

However, Marx was primarily concerned with working rather than with schooling. I don't think he gave much consideration to approving any educational systems in 'Das Capital'.

This family has lived in the US for 12 years, never did anything wrong,

It isn't based on behavior. It is based on credible chance of persecution, like torture, death, imprisonment.

from 2016 to 2021 70% denial rate.

The TRAC report, out earlier this month, found that overall the majority of immigration judges issued asylum denials in at least 70% of all cases.
www.borderreport.com...

I never see this push for non-white immigrants to be send back.

Do you imagine that white denials are a disproportionate percentage of the 70% denial rate?

Off course, I don't even bother mentioning what happens at our southern borders , we all know that. No problems there off course, this law-abiding family is a problem

So what is keeping this family from returning through the southern border? I know it’s probably not what they want to do, but maybe they should to prove a point.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Maybe dye their hair black to blend in or at least wear dark hats. It would be one helluva story if they did that. Especially if they pretended not to speak any English and had no papers, what so ever. It would also help if they spoke fluent Spanish or Guatemalan etc.

It could be a story of the year if it was well played.

this law-abiding family

... is going back to abide some German laws now?

Kinda funny tho, gotta give em that.
I personally don't agree with laws that state it's 'illegal' to homeschool your kids. I don't care what country you're in . As long as the child is learning and is willing/wants to be homeschooled, than it should be legal. They need to focus on serious matters besides trying to brainwash more kids.

Read the last paragraph that degredation33 posted above. The family is in Deferred Action (DA). DA means no legal status to be in U.S. but not getting deported.

DACA is Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.

Off course , being white, conservative and Christian is why We all know , if they were Muslim, that fled to the US for whatever reason, they would never be deported.

Well, that's just nonsense. Plenty of examples of Muslims being deported. One's who faced worse consequences than not home schooling their kids; such as political violence. archive.thinkprogress.org...

Not sure what "white" and "Christian" have to do with anything. Plenty of south american christians that get deported all the time.

Are immigration process does not ALOT of reform. And perhaps this family deserves to be protected. However, pretending like there is institutional racism against white people is just silly. I can't think of anything more cringe than white people bitching about racism, and then going and criticizing BLM and other minority movements for playing the race card.

I guess being afraid of anything whatsoever in your home country, is only for the non-Christian POC to come on in forever.

Nothing like a good ol' glass of xenophobia in the evening.

Perhaps you should read his thoughts in the Communist Manifesto, written by Marx and Frederick Engels.

You know, just to get what Marx was really laying down.

You: "However, Marx was primarily concerned with working rather than with schooling."

Karl Marx himself: "The education of all children, from the moment that they can get along without a mother's care, shall be in state institutions at state expense."

Another failed try of yours to twist reality.

Actually not the opposite of Marxists.

noun,plural Na·zis.
a member of the National Socialist German Workers' Party, which controlled Germany from 1933 to 1945 under Adolf Hitler and advocated totalitarian government, territorial expansion, antisemitism, and Aryan supremacy, all these leading directly to World War II and the Holocaust.

(often lowercase) a person elsewhere who holds similar views.

NAZIsm is actually a leftist invention as in Socialist. It's a bird of a different color but it's still a bird. Marxism is a version of Socialism. Nazism is a version of Socialism. WW2 was basically a pissing contest as to which version of Socialism was going to continue on.

BLM is marxist and DOES play the race card.
And anti-white racism happens all the time.
