Hunter Biden has sued Rudy Giuliani over his infamous laptop scandal, claiming that the former New York City mayor hacked and manipulated data on an external hard drive in a “total annihilation” of the disgraced first son’s “digital privacy.”

The suit filed Tuesday in US District Court of Central California accuses Giuliani and his former attorney Robert Costello of violating the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act when they accessed Biden’s hard drive.

“For the past many months and even years, Defendants have dedicated an extraordinary amount of time and energy toward looking for, hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that they were given that was taken or stolen from Plaintiff’s devices or storage platforms, including what Defendants claim to have obtained from Plaintiff’s alleged ‘laptop’ computer,” the filing read.

Tuesday’s lawsuit is the latest aggressive action brought by the first son’s legal team, who has also sued Delaware computer repair store owner John Paul Mac Isaac and called for criminal proceedings against him, Giuliani, former Trump White House strategist Steve Bannon, and others.

Rudy is a brilliant man but I doubt he has the ability to hack a computer/hard-drive. But it's the American way, bring lawsuits if you've got the money.

At least Hunter is confirming the laptop is real. Someone needs to sue the FBI for hiding it and pretending it was a hoax.

At least we get an admission from him that it's his laptop. Finally, eh?

I think this means that the laptop will have to be summited to the court as evidence and will likely have to go through some forensic analysis in order to prove or disprove this case.

If he abandoned the laptop, and the store had a policy on abandoned items, how is he going to have a leg to stand on?

And really, if he doesn't, is this his way of throwing his dad to the wolves?

They went full re-re.
This makes no sense whatsoever in any traditional measure of sense.
But apparently Hunter and counsel think they have a whole new paradigm. One where the judge always rules their way, where subpoenas don’t apply to them, where the DOJ simply does not act on anything connected to Bidens.
It’s tough for them to comprehend any loss by them ever in this brave new world. Everybody else loses 100% of the time.

It might have something to do with what's on the hard drive, and whatever it is coming back to bite Hunter.

If I remember correctly, there was some stuff on there that had to be accessed first. When some people found a way to access it, information started to spill out into the public domain, then quickly went missing. There seemed to be a disturbing nature to some this new data, but not to worry, because there are claims that Rudy maliciously added stuff to the hard drive, so Hunter's probably clean, or not.

Here's a link that goes into more detail about Hunter's phones and icloud. Hinky stuff, such as phones that should show up in the accounts that don't, but other unknown ones that do, a new laptop is set up(the one that goes to the repair shop), Spyware apps added and while Hunter is in drug treatment:

A bunch of things happen in this four day period: first, someone accessed droidhunter88 from a new iPhone. Someone changed the phone number for the Hunter Biden iCloud. Then, droidhunter88 was given access to the iCloud account. Then the iCloud account ordered all of Hunter’s iCloud contents. Then the password for the account was reset.

There were lots of very strange things going on with that laptop. Not to mention the online version being manipulated with CP uploads and CCP info, admitted by Steve Bannon on audio with Guo Wengui as the one who actually had the uploading done.

Very messy situation. You also have Lev Parnas stating Hunters info was obtained when he was set up and obtained when he was passed out. Long before the magically appearing one in the shop.

Just some things to ponder about the laptop.

There is endless evidence against Hunter inside and outside of the laptop. There will be zero evidence against Rudy, but as you say Rudy will lose and Hunter will walk free with no consequences.
That’s what happens with a successful dictatorship.
They’ll judge-shop and if that somehow doesn’t work, Soros DA is plan B.

Aaaand they won’t. Ignore all subpoenas and if it gets too sticky for them, with good work by the good guys, it will end up “woops it’s lost can’t find it” and “part of ongoing investigation”.

there's a 100% chance they're going to "lose" the evidence.
Just like every piece of evidence that would have gotten Killary locked up over the last.... 45 years

they have an incredibly horrible record for losing evidence, and nobody believes it isn't on purpose.


What do you do? what CAN you do?
You can't take legal action against a group that operates above the law, they'll simply have your entire family murdered in an "accident" and then scoop up all the evidence and lose that too. They need to be taken out from the top- and the top is working WITH them.
